David D. Farrar, Attorney at Law

Mr. Farrar’s practice of law consists exclusively of consulting with other Maine attorneys, providing legal research and writing services. Since 1988 he has worked with more than 75 attorneys around the State.

Since 1993 David has consulted with attorney Lenny Sharon on more than 50 cases. These have been predominantly criminal matters, including State of Maine cases ranging from misdemeanors to Class A felonies, and a wide variety of federal criminal charges in the United States District Court for the District of Maine. He has also assisted Mr. Sharon in serving clients on a number of civil matters, including contract disputes, sexual harassment claims and immigration issues. He has worked for Attorney Sharon on numerous appeals to the Maine Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.

David is a member of the Cumberland Bar Association, the Maine State Bar Association, and has served as a presenter for the MSBA on the topic of legal research.
